Tales of Hilldrop Crescent Theatre

Tales of Hilldrop Crescent

Tales of Hilldrop Crescent is a theatre performance born from a wider project that has been made possible thanks to the Cripplegate Foundation and public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.

It is a 40-minute visually rich journey through the memories of 21 interviewees, former and current residents of Hilldrop Crescent (London N7) and attendees of Hilldrop Community Centre, aged between 15 and 90. The performance includes puppetry, stop-motion animation and microcinema.

An open rehearsal was hosted at the Etcetera Theatre in May 2026 for those who took part in the project.
